The customer is entitled to cancel his order, as long as the products are available in our warehouse and have not been shipped. In this case the order cancellation request is carried out without any charge after the customer informed the company ZAIRA in writing, and has requested a refund of the money. In the case of products that are not available in our warehouse and the shipping process has begun from the factory, canceled orders will not be accepted.


Returns will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or dysfunctional. Proof of any damage will be required as all shipment which leave our premises are documented (description/photos).


We reserve the right to modify our prices without further notice on our website. This is due to new imports at times and based on new custom charges for our imported products.
